Nigel Pugh - Saxaphone
Born in Margate 1955. Moved up to Hillingdon/Uxbridge in 1960 and lived there for about 20 years. Got to playing sax in the odd band when I was about sixteen onwards.
Moved to Watford in the early 80's. Joined "Hoggies Jump Band" (Fronted by Pete and Gill Hogman). Played at the Pump House Watford and a few Pubs on the North London circuit ( Dublin Castle in Camden, Hare and Hounds in Islington. Etc..)
Started dabbling in harp, and played (mainly Sax) in a few other Blues bands on and off for the next few years... Got an invite to play with Southside Blues Band last Christmas... and here I am!
